Cefn Wood Pitch Drainage Scheme, Newport

This contract was a design and build scheme to renovate two football pitches for Newport County Council. It involved installing a primary drainage system, ameliorating the existing topsoil with STRI (Sports Turf Research Institute) approved sands, cultivating and seeding. In the 12 months following seeding a secondary drainage scheme was installed together with further sand topdressing.

The Marl General Improvements, Cardiff

This contract involved the refurbishment of two existing hard sports areas. The existing surfaces were disposed of and new sub base and macadam has been laid. The existing perimeter walling has been repaired and repainted and new weldmesh fencing installed.
